Chef Ercan sincerely believes in the benefits of local purchasing, fostering close relationships with our growers, farmers, and producers, and cooking with seasonal products. The garden is the heart of Bika. It leads the way, and everything revolves around it. We harvest a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs that are integral to our Turkish-inspired cuisine. Tomatoes, eggplants, beans, squash, and a phenomenal amount of fresh herbs grow there without herbicides or pesticides. From June to October, our garden inspires our menu, which changes according to our harvests. Reservations are available online only.
